How can I create an account on your website?
You can get yourself an account on our website throw the link “Join” at the right top of the page. You will then, be directed to a new page wherein you will be required to fill in with the necessary information about you and your company. Within 24 hours you will receive an email from PRIME ALBUNS with all the necessary information to access our professionals reserved area.
After create your account, you can easily access to all information about our products, services, prices and also place orders or check orders status.
Why do you request personal and company information, to create an account?
PRIME ALBUNS only provides “Professional Only” products and services. Therefore it becomes necessary to request some information, so that we can ensure an exclusive service to professionals and to make sure that all information is only available to professionals. This process protects our customers for disclosure of general information on products and prices.
How can I get your price list?
You can check our price list after making your registration on our website. If you are already our customer, you can also request our price list through email. The prices listed on our site and price list are in Euro. You can apply your request through email to firstname.lastname@example.org
How can I get to know your product range?
In our company we have a showroom where customers can see and analyse our entire line of products.
For customers abroad, who cannot visit our company we can provide our catalogue with full information about all items that we produce. This catalogue can be sent by email upon request.

What is your production time?
For Albums, Books and Digital Direct Printings our production time is 5 business days after we receive the files, in perfect condition for printing. Special rush requests may be accommodated when possible.
How can I receive my order?
The order can be picked up by the client, in our facility or sent directly to the client´s address with delivery charges. The shipping costs will depend on the weight and volume of the packages. This costs will be reported to the Client as soon as possible.
For orders above 150.00 € to Portugal we will offer a free shipping service. Unfortunately we cannot yet offer the free shipping service to orders to Madeira and Azores.
For continental national orders the delivery time will be around 1 or 2 business days.
PRIME ALBUNS cannot deliver orders at a P.O. Box. We require a physical street address for delivery.
Do you deliver orders to Madeira and Azores?
Yes. Orders can be delivered in Madeira, as well as in the Azores. For this destinations the delivery period will be around 3 to 4 business days. Unfortunately we cannot yet offer the free shipping service to orders to Madeira and Azores.
Does PRIME ALBUNS service international destinations?
Orders can be delivered worldwide. The delivery period will vary depending on your country, but shall not exceed 4 or 5 days business days. The shipping costs will depend on your country of delivery. You can request us this information before you place your order.

What forms of payment does PRIME ALBUNS accept?
Orders picked up in our facilities can be paid in cash or MB. Orders delivered at the client address, can be paid in cash or by check. Orders can also be pre-paid before delivery, by bank transfer. For international orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
How do I place an order?
All orders must be placed on our website, through our Trade Area, that can be easily used. This way we can ensure all orders are placed swiftly and correctly, so that a perfect understanding of the request of the client is achieved. You must Login in to access our Trade Area. If you are a new costumer please create an account first.
How can I set up the files for printing?
Files must have at least 200 dpi resolution and sRGB colour profile. JPEG files must be sent with a compression rate of 12 (maximum quality) and with the format option “baseline standard”. All pages should include 2 cm bleed to each side, in order to avoid text or images to be wrongly cut out.

How can I send my files for printing?
Files can be uploaded through the website after logging in.
Can I modify my order or cancel an item?
In case you require any change in your order or files, please contact PRIME ALBUNS as soon as possible. Changes can only be accepted, if the order has not been processed yet.
Which paper do you use for photographic printings?
Our company works with Fuji Supreme and Fuji DPII, with Lustre finish, silk finish or metallic finish.
Does PRIME ALBUMS provide showcase products?
All our customers can order showcase products. These items must meet certain requirements that allow a 50% off discount on the overall table. You can see our Fair Use Policy, applied to the production of showcase products in our price list or ask for additional information by phone at (+351) 21 454 81 90 or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Does PRIME ALBUMS provides publishing service?
Yes, we can set up your files and create the album layouts for printing. This service has an additional cost and is not included in the standard price of the albums. We have an efficient team of Designers who will create your album layouts in accordance with your requests. The final artwork will only be printed after the client´s approval.
What do I do if my order is incomplete, incorrect or damaged?
If not satisfied, the client must submit the complaint via email to email@example.com within 5 business days after receiving the order. PRIME ALBUMS will promptly contact the client in order to solve the problem as soon as possible.
